After a long night of searching, we are pleased to announce that Brooklyn’s own Maino has located the infamous Alamo that Rich Homie Quan told us about at VH1’s Hip Hop Honors.

The Alamo we’re referring to, is the one Quan rapped about while forgetting the lyrics to Notorious B.I.G.’s “Get Money” verse. Instead of saying “Play Nintendo with Cease and Nino,” Rich Homie said something like “Play Nintendo With Cease & Alamo.”  Although Quan has since then apologized, some people just aren’t ready to let him live & move on just yet-Maino being one of them.

After hearing about him, Maino he decided to hop in his car and hit the streets Biggie’s old Brooklyn neighborhood (Bed-Stuy) for the infamous Alamo. During the search, Maino actually got a chance to ask Biggy’s original DJ, 50 Grand, as well as the original Nino Biggie was referring to in the verse.

Check out his journey in the videos below-the last one reveals Alamo enjoying every bit of his newly discovered fame.

Since the miss-hap, Faith Evans has come to Quan’s defense, saying “everybody makes mistakes” and honoree Lil Kim even reposted Rich Homie’s apology with her acceptance. Kim also added to his apology, saying “Spoken like a true giant. I loved you before and I’m gonna love you after Rich Homie. People make mistakes and things happen sometimes that we can’t fix or undo. If you guys only knew the technical difficulties that went on behind the scenes. I would like to thank my friend @richhomiequan for coming through for me at the last minute. It’s all love.”
