This, of course, is the hip hop spin on the classic game show, Hollywood Squares.

The game is basically a life sized version of tic tac toe where hip hop celebrities represent the “x” and “o”. Contestants try and guess which celebrity has the answers various trivia questions, in hopes of gaining a letter and ultimately winning tic tac toe.
Having the show on VH1 is a perfect match since Hip Hop Squares gives you a Wild N Out vibe that’s made up entirely of celebrities.
Hip Hop Squares is hosted by comedian DeRay Davis and tons of celebrities come through to battle it out over hip hop trivia. This season celebrities like, Nelly, Tyson Beckford, T-pain and Karrueche to name a few. Check out the extended trailer for the upcoming season here.
